I don’t have any cute ice cube trays but I just used my normal ones and it worked great! This morning was the first time I made a smoothie from them and I used 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup strawberries, 3 frozen yogurt cubes and one frozen green smoothie cube. I also added pomegranate juice (about 3/4 cup) as the liquid. I only used one green smoothie cube because I’m a little leery about drinking something green, but I’m hoping to work my way up. Thanks so much for sharing this!

We had a few warm days this week and I made berry smoothies with one of the green cups. It was great! I’m also glad to know I can freeze yogurt! Thanks for the great ideas!

(I’m pretty sure I say that exact same phrase for all of your posts, but it’s because I truly love all of them so much). I can’t wait for it to warm up over here so I can start making smoothies again. Great reference!

I have been making peanut butter and smoothies in mine. Looking forward to trying some of these recipes!!! If anyone wants to check out the omniblender try this link!!!

The blender works really well, but it’s pretty loud. The best blender out there for smoothies is probably the VitaMix, but it’s really expensive. Any of the name brands like KitchenAid or Cuisinart will do the job without the big price tag.

We still have our 10 year old cheap-o blender & it is such a pain that I avoid smoothies, but we would love to make them!
